How to make Chinese characters on a HongKong-bought Dell laptop be converted to English?
Hi guys! My in-laws are from here in Manila as well but when they visited HongKong, a family member gave us their "used" Dell notebook. It's a DELL INSPIRON - with Chinese characters! How do I go about converting it to English? Thanks!

ask them, or somebody else who knows mandarin to switch it. or go on another computer and see the process for changing the language and do it on the laptop
