Purchased in Hongkong in March 2006 through Chevalier iTECH Ltd. Toshiba satelite L-20 series.model no-PSL 2XH-01W005, Serial No.-25080605W.. Right side speaker gives cracking sound.I do not know about service center in Philippines.To whom to contact to resolve this problem

Depends on whether you have a world-wide or local guarantee. Many HK shops give people local guarantees which are useless outside HK. You can contact Toshiba who will give you the address of a local service agent.
